Return and Replacement:
Policy At Contactless, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. We take every possible step to make that happen. However, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with an item you purchased through our website, we accept returns and offer replacements, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on completed services. Additionally, returns not received by us will not qualify for a replacement. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Acceptable Return
Conditions We accept product returns for a replacement if any of the following conditions are met: **Incorrect Order Received** If the products you received are fundamentally different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect branding or customization). **Damages and Issues** If a product is defective, we will replace it. All claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours from the time of receiving your order, accompanied by photo evidence. It is crucial to open your order as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 48 hours of delivery, no action will be taken. **Under Supply of Products** In the rare event that we undersupply a product (e.g., fewer products than ordered), please inform us of this error within 48 hours of your order's arrival so that we may supply additional units to complete the order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Customized Products
At Contactless, we take pride in offering high-quality customized products to our customers. Due to the nature of our customized products, we do not offer refunds for these items. Once an order for a customized product has been placed, our team begins working on creating the unique design requested by the customer. This process is time-consuming and labor-intensive; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for these products. We strongly recommend that customers carefully review their order and design specifications before placing an order for a customized product.
