Users create and personalize individual digital profiles via the Contactless t.link web-based platform or the Contactless mobile applications. Each digital profile can be populated with personal or professional contact information, social profiles, and other custom web links, resulting in an online version of a business card that can be managed through these platforms. Contactless for Business offers a robust and intelligent web-based platform at business.contactless.com, allowing professional users to manage, maintain, and analyze data associated with Contactless digital business profiles. This Privacy Policy applies to all Contactless websites, mobile applications, webshops, platforms, and all features or services that link to it ("Contactless Services").

How We Collect Information About You - Contactless as Data Controller
When we collect personal data directly from you, we act as the Data Controller. Below is an overview of how, for what purposes, and what personal data we collect:
Webshop Orders
When you order items from one of our webshops, you provide us with personal data, including your email address, first name, last name, address, and payment details. Registration for Our Services
When creating an account on my.contactless.co or using our Contactless mobile applications, we collect and store personal data linked to your user account and digital business card. You can also use "Social Logins" like Facebook, Google, or Apple to provide us with information (such as your first name, last name, and email address) to simplify account creation and login. Once your account is created or activated, we store your personal data to provide the requested services and support. All collected data is used solely for these purposes.
Job Applications and HR
When you apply for a position at Contactless, we collect, process, and store your personal data (including your email address, name, surname, and information in your CV) during the selection process. This data is used only for potential employment purposes. After the selection process ends, we store your data for six months in case another suitable position becomes available. After this period, your data is erased from our systems. We also collect and store the personal data of our employees in compliance with legal obligations.
Information We Gain from Our Customers - Contactless as Data Processor
In line with our Data Processing Agreement, we process personal data obtained from our customers solely to provide the requested service and support. In these cases, we act as Data Processors, while our customers act as Data Controllers. Customers have lawfully collected the personal data, as outlined in our Terms of Service. For the purposes of providing requested services (including personal profiles on t.link and mobile applications, and business profiles on business.contactless.com), we store and process customers' personal data, such as names, surnames, phone numbers, and social media links. Additionally, some card activity statistics may be obtained, stored, and processed on the business.contactless.com platform. While using our digital business card, our customers collect third-party contact details, which are stored on our platforms. We have implemented appropriate consent processes to ensure all data is collected and used in compliance with data protection laws and regulations. Customers are fully liable for any use of personal data collected and shared using our services and are responsible for lawfully collecting and processing data using the measures implemented on our platforms and services.
How We Share Information
We may share personal data and information we collect or gain from our customers as described in previous sections of this Policy. Below is an overview of when and to whom we share personal data, and the measures we take to maintain privacy.
CONTACTLESS
CONTACTLESS is a company that process personal data, either collected directly or from customers, to provide mutual services. CONTACTLESS members are strategic and technology partners who apply the same rules, regulations, and measures toward information security, data protection, and privacy. Customer personal data processed by any group member is stored and processed in Amazon Web Services, Inc. cloud service with data hosting located in Frankfurt. As noted in the Data Processing Agreement, when one group member signs an agreement with a customer, other group members are considered sub-processors.
CRM Services Provided by HubSpot
HubSpot CRM is a system for managing customer relationships and storing data. The CRM custom connector provides access to CRM objects or groups of objects, represented as a map of property names to values. Contactless uses HubSpot CRM services to manage all customer requests and create a centralized place where all contacts and connections are available. Some personal information provided in our web and mobile applications and portals may also be stored in HubSpot. All HubSpot servers where Contactless data is stored are hosted in data centers in Europe.
Legal Requests and Safety
We may transfer and disclose information, including personal information, usage information, and your device identifier (including IP address), to third parties to comply with legal obligations, when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce our Terms of Service or other applicable policies, to respond to an emergency, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of third parties, users of the Contactless services, or the public. We may also use device identifiers to identify users and may do so in cooperation with copyright owners, Internet service providers, wireless service providers, or law enforcement agencies, at our discretion. Change of Ownership or Contro
l Contactless reserves the right to disclose and transfer user information, including personal information, in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of certain stock and/or assets, or other corporate changes, including during any due diligence process.
